Janko Sinadinovic was born in Belgrade where he begun the studies of solo singing
He continued his professional education in Opera Academy in Osimo, Italy where he studied with Raina Kabaivanska, Sergio Segalini and Enza Ferrari
After his retourn to Serbia he was tutored by Dragoslav Ilic, Nikola Mitic and Olivera Miljakovic
In 1995 he begun his career as a singer and in 1997 he became the member of National theatre in Belgrade, where he sang many tenor roles among which are:

Alfredo Germon – „La Traviata“
Cavaradossi – „Tosca“
Don Jose – „Karmen“
F.B. Pinkerton – „Madam Butterfly“

Since 1999 he participated in operas like „The rape of Lucretia“ B. Britten, „Two widows“ B. Smetana and „Die Kluge“ K. Orf in Chambre Opera Madlenianum Belgrade. He also participated at concerts and operas in Serbia and abraoad – Italy, France, Japan, Slovenia, Cyprus, Macedonia...
