MEZZO SOPRANO NATAŠA JOVIĆ TRIVIĆ CELEBRATES TWO DECADES OF HER CAREER WITH THE ROLE OF AZUCENA IN THE TROUBADOUR ON 20 DECEMBER

Ms. Nataša Jović Trivić, a principal singer of the Opera, National Theatre in Belgrade, will celebrate two decades of her career with the role of Azucena in Verdi’s opera The Troubadour.
The performance will take place on the Main Stage under the baton of Ana Zorana Brajović. Other roles will be interpreted by Sanja Kerkez (Leonora), Janko Sinadinović (Manrico), Dragutin Matić (Count di Luna), Ivan Tomašev (Ferrando), Tatjana Mitić (Ines), Danilo Stošić (Ruiz), Slobodan Živković (Messenger) and Aleksandar Pantelić (Old Gypsy).
The Troubadour (Il trovatore), an opera in four acts, directed by Ivana Dragutinović Maričić, premiered on 22nd November 2001.
Aleksandar Zlatović designed the set and Ljiljana Orlić designed the costumes.
The Choir and Orchestra of the Opera Company of the National Theatre in Belgrade will also take part in the performance.
