Andreja Rackov

Andreja Rackov, an artist and manager with extensive experience in culture and performing arts.

He was born in 1981 in Belgrade, into a musical family. After completing the “Mokranjac” Secondary Music School – piano department, he graduated from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in 2006, where he also completed the Media Department.

As a long-time member of the “Obilić” Choir of “Branko Krsmanović” Amateur Folk Dance Ensemble, and later as President of the Management Board, he collaborated with numerous conductors and participated in the organisation of concerts and tours both in the country and internationally.

He gained many years of professional experience at the “Madlenianum” Opera and Theatre, where he held several key and responsible positions, including General Director and Artistic Director of Opera and Ballet. During his tenure, he realised numerous productions and initiated collaborations with prominent institutions and artists from Serbia and abroad.

Since August 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Acting General Manager of the National Theatre in Belgrade.
